Cadence — Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Cadence app, made by Trion Technology ("we", "us"). By using Cadence, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Cadence
You must be 16 or older to create a Cadence account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us at freddy.chia@trioncreation.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or at https://cadence.trioncreation.com/delete-account.
3. Your habits are yours
You own everything you put into Cadence. We claim no rights over it. We use it only to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Cadence Pro
Cadence is free to use. Cadence Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks unlimited habits, the full colour palette, and a full year of mosaic history.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us.
5. What Cadence is not
Cadence is a habit tracker. It is not a medical device, and it is not medical, psychological, or health advice. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
6. Fair use
Don't use Cadence to break the law, don't try to break into it or into other people's accounts, and don't try to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend an account that does.
7. The app is provided as it is
We work hard to make Cadence reliable, but we provide it "as is", without warranties. Your habits are stored on your own device first, and an account keeps a copy on our server — but you are responsible for your own backups, and you can export everything at any time from Settings → Your data.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; if a change matters to you, we'll tell you in the app first. You can stop using Cadence at any time by deleting your account.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have where you live.
